libextutils-autoinstall-perl software package provides module to automatically install dependencies via CPAN, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-autoinstall-perl
libextutils-autoinstall-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-autoinstall-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-autoinstall-perl *
You will get with libextutils-autoinstall-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
